What's the difference between product design and UX research at Ntegra?

Design comes next: we translate those insights into wireframes, prototypes, and tested interfaces. Together, they ensure your roadmap reflects real user demand rather than internal assumptions.
What UX research methods do you use?
We combine qualitative methods (user interviews, cognitive walkthroughs, usability testing) with quantitative methods (competitive benchmarking, behavioural analytics) depending on the question we're answering, whether that's uncovering unmet needs or validating a specific interaction.
Can you redesign an existing product, or only build new ones from scratch?
Both. We regularly modernise legacy enterprise systems alongside building complex SaaS products from the ground up. Either way, the process starts with research into how the current experience is (or isn't) working before any redesign begins.
What engagement models are available?
We offer everything from short-term resource augmentation to fully managed, hybrid design-and-dev teams. Engagements are shaped around your internal workflows and sprint cycles rather than a fixed package, so the model adapts to your team, not the other way round.
Do you work within our existing engineering and product workflows?
Yes - we collaborate directly with your engineering and product leads and fit our research and design process into your existing sprint cycles and technical constraints, rather than asking you to adapt to ours.
