There is no charge for making a Subject Access Request. We will respond within one calendar month. In complex or multiple cases, we may extend this by a further two months - we will notify you if this applies.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction or damage. All data is stored on secure servers, and we use SSL encryption for data in transit.

While we do our best to protect your data, no internet transmission is completely secure. Any transmission is at your own risk.

Some of your personal data is transferred outside the UK to the United States as a result of our use of third-party services, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, our website hosting provider, and Microsoft Clarity.
