Working 9-5, what a way to make a living?
Sorry Dolly, as an organisation we are outcome based. Our flexible hybrid working culture really is flexible, making sure that life's other demands fit in with your career. People should be able to work where and when they feel most comfortable and productive.

We are not complacent either, investing in our teams development in the latest skills and technologies ensures that we are ahead in industry innovation and best practices. Our dedicated learning and development time on a Wednesday afternoon is an opportunity to turn off our notifications, keep the diary clear so that we can focus on exploring new ground and developing our skills.

Social hangouts

Our team members are our community. From online Bingo to themed quiz nights to cocktail making, we make sure we keep everyone included wherever they may be located across the globe.

With regular face to face on-site catch ups throughout the year, including Hackathons, First Fridays and Weekly Town Halls balanced perfectly for our hybrid way of working; we stay connected as a team and is a chance to attend workshops and training during the day and let our hair down in the evening and take a break from 'talking shop'.

Giving is ingrained in our culture

Each month, a member of the Ntegra team is chosen and random by our virtual wheel of good fortune to nominate a charity or cause of their choosing that is important to them.

A salary contribution from participating Ntegra team members is then donated to that nomination.

Additionally to this, we are also proud to say that we continue to support a number of charitable partnerships in the Swindon and Wiltshire area throughout the year.
