Our people are our community. From online bingo and themed quiz nights to regular face-to-face catch-ups throughout the year, we make a conscious effort to stay connected in ways that work for our hybrid way of working. These include Hackathons, First Fridays and regular company updates, giving everyone visibility of what’s happening across the business and opportunities to come together beyond day-to-day project work.
We also host Frontier Fridays, our peer-led, tech and innovation-focused meet-up held on the third Friday of every month. Frontier Fridays are a chance to explore the technology frontier together. We share and discuss ideas, industry news, new skills and project learnings, and there’s often time for a game or two along the way.
As part of the wider Actica Group, our team also benefits from access to group-wide communities and networks, including the Women’s Network, LGBTQ+ Network and other inclusion-led initiatives. These networks create additional opportunities to connect, share experiences and support one another, helping everyone feel represented, supported and able to thrive.
Our Giving Culture...
Each month, a member of the Ntegra team is chosen and random by our virtual wheel of good fortune to nominate a charity or cause of their choosing that is important to them.
A salary contribution from participating Ntegra team members is then donated to that nomination.
Additionally to this, we are also proud to say that we continue to support a number of charitable partnerships in the Swindon and Wiltshire area throughout the year.
